Jurisdiction

The trade jurisdiction of this Local Union shall encompass the trades indicated in the charter granted this Local by the International Union of BAC as defined in Article 11, Section (B) and Code 1 of the International Union Constitution.

The territorial jurisdiction of this Local shall be that part of the Province North of the North Line of Township 38, the width of the Province to the N.W.T. and Nunavut.
